This match was played at the Shere Bangla National Cricket Stadium. It is a stadium located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This stadium is one of the most modern cricket stadiums in the world and hosts both international matches as well as domestic games. It has a capacity of 30,000 people and was named after Sheikh Mujibur Rahman who is commonly called “Sheikh” by his followers. He was a famous leader in Bangladesh and fought for independence from Pakistan. The stadium also hosted some matches during 2008 ICC World Twenty20 which was held in India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh (along with other countries).

Both teams have a lot of experience with both having won their respective leagues before and it's going to be an interesting clash between two strong sides.

The defending champions, Prime Bank Cricket Club (PBCC) are also nicknamed “The Green Shirts” because they wear green shirts with black pants as their home uniform while they wear white uniforms as their away uniforms. Mohammedan Sporting Club won the toss and elected to field first (MSC). The opening batsman of MSC was Sabbir Rahman (Captain) who hit 3 sixes and 1 four over long on boundary off Anamul Haque Jnr., off his first three balls in this innings. Later he hit another 4 consecutive sixes off him just after that too! He scored an unbeaten 100* off just 55 balls with 12 fours & 8 sixes in total but no bowler could stop him from hitting 6 sixes in one over which has never happened before in any league cricket match ever played worldwide! He scored 50 runs off only 15 balls when there were still 20 overs remaining in this innings as well!

Conclusion

The match was played in a very competitive way. PBCC won the toss and elected to bat first. The openers were Nazmus Sadat and Shadman Islam who scored a hundred each while their team reached to a huge total of 486 runs in 50 overs. Mohammedan Sporting Club's opening batsmen Mahmudul Hasan Joy and Mohammad Shahzada were back in the pavilion after scoring only 26 runs each. Their middle order batsmen Mosaddek Hossain Saikat and Rakibul Hasan made a partnership of 125-run partnership for the third wicket, but unfortunately, Mosaddek fell for 47 runs due to an unfortunate run out.
